I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under supervision of Brianne Blevins, LMFT-S, LPC-S, PMH-C. In my therapy work I focus on relationships, meaning I work with individuals to improve the relationship with themselves and others in their life. This can be romantic relationships, parenting, work/peer relationships, family of origin (parents/siblings), in-laws, and/or friendships. I’m passionate about helping people build and strengthen their relationships because I know, personally, how dysfunctional relationships can impact your daily life.

My specialty is in couples therapy, specifically high conflict couples. I have received extensive training and direct experience with this population. I know how challenging the relationship has been by the time you get to therapy. I combine therapy and coaching to help couples break out of their cycle and create new, healthier ways of communicating.
**Inclusivity, providing equal access to therapy, is important to me. I am a culturally competent therapist that provides therapy to all individuals within my scope of practice. I also provide a reduced cost option for those who have a need for financial assistance.

I've been married to my husband for 15 years and we have two children.
I'm a woman of faith, Christian.
I'm the middle of three daughters.
I enjoy learning and expanding my knowledge.
I love laughing, playing board games, and spending time with my family.
I prefer to stay in over a night out.
I enjoy a good dramatic, mindless tv show to help me disconnect and de-stress.
And I love helping others!
